Former Chairman and CEO of Umdasch Group and Zumtobel Group, Managing Director of UBS Warburg in London and CEO of Tyrolit (Swarovski Group), Andreas led numerous international transactions including an IPO on NASDAQ and one on the Vienna Stock Exchange. Today he serves as Chairman of WESTbahn and EVVA and holds board positions with leading Austrian companies including BIG, Fronius, Greiner and Plansee, and is a trustee to several family businesses — advising owners, boards and investors on strategy, growth and corporate transactions.
